( thanks to sleeping a lot, i didnt eat too much :p )
Total cals: 840 Total from fat: 55 (- RR, which was probably a few hundred to each column!)
possible estimation with rr leftovers, which were about 4 onion rings and a small piece of deep fried salmon. im going to just guess maybe 500 calories and maybe 400 from fat. I think thats a high estimate honestly, because everything fit on a small plate and was "snack-size" rather then "meal-size", but id rather estimate high just to see. calories: 1340 from fat: 455
all in all it really wasnt a bad day. mostly because i fell asleep just after having the leftovers and woke up sometime to have the apple cider then went right back to bed.
im going to back to doing these for awhile just to give me something new to concentrate on. im sure it wont last too long because i get so bored of recording what im eating. its very annoying. plus theres so many things that dont have a breakdown for.. for example the red robin i had.. that it just gets annoying trying to figure it out.
